#17 – Jeff MacLellan

MacLellan joined the Watchmen in the summer of 2006 as one of team founder, Cory Wilkinson’s final recruits. Jeff was officially a spare at the beginning of his first game, but was signed on as full-time before the final buzzer had sounded. Jeff likes to think he can play both up front or on the blue line, but his nose for the net makes him too valuable of an offensive asset to be expected to play in his own zone.

MacLellan was working in Saskatchewan (work stint that was even too far for Jeff to remain on the full-time roster – even though he’s been known to commute in from Hinton to make games during previous work assignments) when the Watchmen reformed in 2010, but was picked up by the squad again in 2012 upon his triumphant return to the city of champions.
